Each month we will meet for a group meditation, guidance on challenges and struggles, share our experiences, and where ever else spirit takes us on the day. Some samples of past group meditations are to energetically visit a sacred site, go to healing temples in the higher realms or experience a transformational angel healing. There is also time for Q&A.

Coming together each month allows us to support each other's journeys, cheer each other on, and provide a space of accountability for our goals. Each month you will receive a recorded guided meditation to support your growth and healing. The topic will vary monthly but will be a combination of Angel and Star healing, a journey to the Higher Realms or sacred sites or whatever is guided by spirit.

The guided meditation is yours to download and keep, so you can build up a library to use again and again.

​

Regular meditation is an essential part of taking time for ourselves to connect with our deep inner knowing and the guidance of our spiritual teams.

Remote (or distance) healing involves sending healing to a person who is in a different location to the healer. You just relax quietly, set your intention for the healing, and receive.

This group healing is a high vibration energetic session so it does need to be received when you are resting or in quiet time. It is the equivalent of going to an energy therapist for a healing treatment.

​

The healing will be a combination of Angelic, Crystal, Star, and Multidimensional healing.

Energetic transmissions are short bursts of multidimensional energy to support what you are working on that month.  They are different from remote healing in that I am not working directly with the body and energy systems. You state the goal/issue/ behavior that you want support with and then receive the energy that has been created for the group to work directly on that area.

What you may notice in the days following is that you have new ideas, or receive guidance or find wonderful solutions in amazing ways. Maybe you are guided to a book or an article, or someone says just the right thing to help.

The Energetic transmission can be  repeated as often as you wish until it is replaced by a new one.
