How to Receive Your Distance Healing
At the time of your appointment, simply rest in a quiet, comfortable space. You may wish to play soft music or create a soothing environment.
This is a high vibration healing, so it is best received while resting, as it may cause drowsiness. Many people fall asleep during the session.
Joan will share the Angel healing with you remotely during the 45 min session.
All you need to do is rest and receive.
After your session, you will receive an email summary with insights from Joan within 36 hours.
After Your Healing
In the days following your session, you may feel the need for extra water or more rest. Listen to your body and your intuition.
This is gentle yet deep healing. You may feel very energised, or you may need time to acclimatize to the shifts taking place.
Allow the process to unfold and trust that everything is supporting your highest good.

Joan is an Integrated Energy Therapy Master Instructor, Angel Energy Healing practitioner, and Reiki Master, with two decades of experience working with Angel and multidimensional healing.
